These terms govern your use of bearrox.com and any purchase you make here. BearRox is operated by Cherry Infotech, LLC ("we", "us"), San Jose, California.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund. An order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email.
Reservations and pickup
Reservation deposits, pickup, returns, and the warranty are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Deposit Policy. Tents are available by pickup at our SF Bay Area warehouse only; you are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle and enough help to load a crate weighing about 285 lb.
Vehicle fit and safe use
You are responsible for confirming that your vehicle roof, roof rack, and crossbars are rated for the tent's weight (215 lb dynamic load), and for installing and using the tent according to the manufacturer's instructions. We are happy to answer fit questions, but our guidance does not replace your vehicle and rack manufacturers' ratings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
