This policy explains how Cherry Infotech, LLC, which operates bearrox.com, handles your personal information.

What we collect

When you place an order or reservation: your name, email, phone number, and billing address. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. When you browse the site: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and cookies needed to keep your cart working.

How we use it

To process orders and reservations, schedule pickup, send order and pickup emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run the store for us — Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery) — and when required by law. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years); other information is deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We honor Global Privacy Control and "Do Not Track" signals by not using your data for advertising; we currently run no advertising trackers on this site.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
