Returns, Refunds & Deposit Policy

Reservation deposits

A $300 deposit reserves a tent from an upcoming batch. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver your tent — for example, the batch is cancelled, or it is delayed by more than 30 days past the expected arrival date we gave you and you choose not to wait — we refund your deposit in full to your original payment method. The balance is due when you pick up.

Inspect at pickup

Please inspect your tent when you pick it up. If it is damaged or not as described, you may decline it and we will refund everything you paid, or replace it when a replacement is available.

Returns after pickup

Unused, uninstalled tents in the original crate with all parts may be returned within 14 days of pickup. You are responsible for bringing the tent back to our warehouse. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the deposit is non-refundable as described above. Tents that have been installed or used are not returnable except under the warranty below.

Limited warranty

We warrant the tent against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from pickup. If a covered defect appears, contact us and we will repair or replace the affected part or the tent. Normal wear, misuse, improper installation, and damage from accidents or overloading are not covered.

Taxes

Sales tax, where it applies, is refunded together with any eligible refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post them.
